Morgan Morrow, D.D.S

Dr. Morgan Morrow was born and raised in Delaware but pursued her undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Global Health from the University of Southern California during which time she served as the captain of the women’s soccer team for three years. Upon graduating from USC she went on to a career in dentistry and graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC. It was during her dental studies that she realized she had a passion for pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Morrow is a board certified pediatric dentist who completed her specialty training at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. During this time she dedicated considerable time for children with special health care needs and completed her research on the treatment of children within the autism spectrum disorder.

Dr. Morrow is a current member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Delaware State Dental Society.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Morrow loves running and has completed several half marathons around the area. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her French bulldog. You can either find her on the beach or cooking and trying new healthy recipes.

Glen Goleburn, D.M.D.

Dr. Glen Goleburn earned his Bachelor’s degree from Emory University. Following his undergraduate degree, he went on to graduate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After completing dental school, Dr. Goleburn did his general practice residency at the Medical Center of Delaware (now Christiana Care Hospital).

In 1998, Dr. Goleburn joined his father Stanley’s practice on Main Street in Newark. They opened a second office in Bear, eventually moving the Newark office to Peoples Plaza and operating on both ends of Route 40. Bear-Glasgow Dental was born. In the years that followed, additional partners joined the group, and offices were opened in Millsboro, Dover, and north Wilmington, giving rise to The Sleepy Tooth Group network of practices.

Dr. Goleburn actively maintains membership in the Delaware State Dental Society. This allows him to stay up-to-date on the latest information and best practices in the dental community. In addition, he is a 30-year-member of the American Dental Association. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, where he once served as president.

Dr. Goleburn is certified to perform Conscious Sedation and is a Certified Clear Correct Provider. Apart from dentistry, Dr. Goleburn sings and plays keyboards, is an avid cyclist, enjoys travel, cooking and boating. He and his wife have three children between them.

Doug DeCouto, D.D.S.

Dr. Douglas DeCouto earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Physiology/Neurobiology from the University of Maryland. Following his undergraduate degree, Dr. DeCouto went on to graduate from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Prior to joining Bear-Glasgow Dental, LLC., Dr. DeCouto completed a general practice residency at Christiana Care Hospital .

Dr. DeCouto actively maintains membership in the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry in order to stay up-to-date on the latest information and best practices in the dental community.

Dr. DeCouto currently resides in Newark, Delaware. Apart from dentistry, Dr. DeCouto enjoys riding motorcycles and painting.

Kathy Redden, D.D.S.

Dr. Kathy Redden a Maryland native, graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore Dental School, and completed her residency at the Veteran Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia.

Dr. Redden has practiced in Maryland, Virginia, and currently Delaware, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and the Harford County Dental Association.
